Increase metabolism

- Increase exercise to reduce stress

- More energy foods including fresh fruit, vegetables, beans & whole grains
- More spicey foods
- More water - much more
- More sleep
- Increase cardiovascular exercise for the heart
- Increase strength & muscle exercise for the body
- More dancing for romancing
