How to Thin

Increase metabolism

  1. Breakfast early
  2. Small meals 4 to 6 per day
  3. Increase exercise to reduce stress
  4. More fruit instead of sugar
  5. More tea, including green tea
  6. More energy foods including fresh fruit, vegetables, beans & whole grains
  7. More spicey foods
  8. More water - much more
  9. More sleep
  10. Increase cardiovascular exercise for the heart
  11. Increase strength & muscle exercise for the body
  12. More dancing for romancing
